Qualifications: Bachelor's Microsoft Office: 1 year Customer service: 1 year Sales: 1 year Event marketing: 1 year Daily Responsibilities: Serves as an initial point of contact for admissions office; maintains contact with prospective students and applicants, answering questions, making/returning phone calls, responding to email messages, referring students to appropriate resourcesPromoted and host open house, information session and school tours to prospective studentsMarkets programs and facilities by preparing and providing informational brochures; writing and placing advertisements.Assists Director with planning and preparation of new student orientation.Build strong relationships with prospective students by using a database tracking follow up strategyCoordinates receipt and tracking of application materials and documents during application process; schedules admissions interviews for applicants; schedules registration appointments for new students once accepted.Works collaboratively /communicates directly with Registrar, Academic Advisors, Student Services, and Financial Aid Office during admissions and registration processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications.Possess high level communication skills to express, both orally and in writing, the mission and recruiting goals of the school.Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with the counselors, faculty, administrators, students, alumni, and community leaders.Prior experience in sales or customer service in a fast-paced environment preferred.Adept at public speaking Applications: Email Resume and Cover Letter to Lauren Kappel at [email protected].
