Need a Qualified Honda Mechanic

Looking for a qualified mechanic to work directly with me on the diagnosis and repair/replacement of the engine on a 2005 Honda Pilot EX. The diagnosis thus far appears in the picture. Recommendation is to tear down the engine to diagnose the specific issue. Is that what you think is needed based on the information provided. I know a little about vehicle engines, but this is way past my level of knowledge. Just like to find someone who knows what they’re doing and would profit from reasonable fees that aren’t driven by standard hours for a job and “cushy” labor rates just to find out what’s wrong. After we figure out “the” issue, we’ll work together to get the parts needed for a repair, a used engine, or donate or sell it for salvage.
