Real estate development and investment company seeks head property manager. Position would be responsible for the maintenance, upkeep, organization, tenant interaction, and various issues that arise for over 50 units. The general day to day upkeep and management of the properties. The ideal candidate would be considered a "Jack of All Trades". General knowledge and capacity of construction, plumbing, electric, and equipment usage is a requirement. Capability of finding crews for larger projects out of normal scope is also required.
