I found Hopper roaming around and took him in to check if he had a microchip. He didn’t so I decided to keep him. I got him neutered, microchipped, up to date on shots (except DHPP) and also helped him overcome kennel cough. He seems to have been abused. He cowers and is very skittish but very loving. He is a true cattle dog and is like Velcro. He needs a patient home that is willing to give him confidence. He would do best with an older dog to teach him the ropes. He needs a lot of exercise daily. I have a 12 year old dog that just isn’t adjusting as well as I’d thought. It’s best to give my senior the space and time he needs as a solo dog in his older years.
