We have an immediate opening for a full-time Maintenance Technician at a brand new 223-unit affordable property in Aurora, Colorado. We are currently going through unit punch, so if you have a background in construction and are looking to start from the beginning on a property you can call your own, this is the right opportunity for you! Qualifications: · Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience or equivalent related experience · General knowledge of minor building maintenance - plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, painting, and drywall repair · Desire to lead, positive attitude, organization, and attention to detail · Ability to consistently complete grounds, work orders, and turnovers by specified deadlines in a fast-paced environment · Valid drivers license and current auto insurance Great to have: · Construction, lease-up, and unit punch experience · Maintenance certification (CPO) Benefits: · Health/dental insurance · Generous PTO program · Paid holidays · 401(k) matching · Quarterly bonus plan
