Northern Colorado Water Mitigation/emergency response company looking for a full time water technician to add to our team. This position consists primarily of performing emergency services in homes and businesses that are damaged due to water and mold. Work will consist of performing water mitigation, mold, remediation, cleaning and water extraction from buildings, demolition work and general clean up in the Northern Colorado area. Responsibilities: Lead mitigation/restoration techs in job process from start through completion Complete demolition processes and manual labor such as water mitigation, flooring removal, and drywall removal Set up and take down equipment Take pictures of job site, clean up debris Record details in industry specific apps and software Can communicate with customers and crews Able to learn and acquire new skills Core Job Duties and Requirements: Responsible for assigned vehicle and equipment Demonstrate dependability and efficient work practices Ability to lift 100 lbs Position includes rotation of on call evenings weekends, and holidays Qualifications: Water Damage Restoration: 1 year (preferred) IICRC Certification (Preferred) Valid Driver’s License
