Press release from the City of Irving: July 14, 2021 Adopt a lovable summer friend during the Irving Animal Care Campus (IACC), 4140 Valley View Lane, Sun's Out Tongues Out adoption event Saturday, July 17. That day all dogs 1 year and older are free to adopt. All dogs are spay/neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. The animal shelter is open 1 to 6 p.m. Saturday.
