yard work twice a month

I'm looking to hire someone to manage yard work tasks on my home property. 3-4 hours of work every other week. I have a small yard, the property is less than.3 acres and the actual yard is smaller than that by a lot. I need mowing, weed-eating and weeding by hand in some of the flower beds. Other tasks could include: picking up sticks and twigs and straightening up the wood piles, turning the compost, and pruning and mulching in the spring. Pay can be somewhere around $15-$20 an hour depending on experience. I am willing to negotiate a pay scale that is fair for you.
