SANTA CRUZ, CA — A woman suffered injuries to her foot after accidentally driving off a cliff, Santa Cruz police said. She was not seriously hurt. The woman was sitting in her parked car Thursday night near the lighthouse when someone mistakenly opened her car door, prompting her to drive off the cliff behind the lighthouse and onto the beach, police said.
