Red Buttes Farm is a diversified veggie operation in the Applegate Valley growing on 15 acres in three different locations. We sell our produce to groceries, farmer's markets, restaurants, and a small CSA. Red Buttes Farm is looking for field labors for 20-40 hrs a week. Tasks include but not limited to weeding, harvesting, field maintenance, washing and packing. May also include some farmers market work for the right people. What we are looking for is: communication skills, listening skills, ability to work in all conditions, good work ethic, and punctual. Must be able to work by themselves and in a group setting while paying attention to detail. Experience not necessary but a plus. Compensation is dependent on the person, their experiences, and ability to work.
