FREEHOLD, NJ — With its new location set to open in Freehold sometime this fall, the discount retail chain Ocean State Job Lot is now looking to hire for dozens of positions, both part-time and full-time. Store positions currently open include store leadership and up to 50 supervisory opportunities. The company said it offers employees "competitive pay " and a "robust list of perks and benefits," as well as a 30% in-store discount every day. It will replace the former Toys 'R Us store in Raceway Mall Drive, after the retailer filed for bankruptcy in 2017. Ocean State Job Lot sells household goods, name brands, apparel, pet supplies, seasonal products and more, with annual sales exceeding $800 million.
