Paired Budgies Parakeets with cage and toys

I have two blue parakeets who are paired together that I cannot keep. The come with a large cage (4 ft tall, on rollers for easy cleaning) Their names are Church and Caboose and they love each other. The darker one is Caboose, and the light one is Church. I cannot keep them because I am moving away to college and I can't take pets nor leave them with my family.
