Repost. Have you seen Blue Parakeet/ Lovebird/ Budgie? Had been missing since June 16th. It is tamed and goes by Tweety. She has a distinct small feather from one of its wings. Flew away and lost its way from Arlington Area in Jacksonville, FL. I posted on Next Door and PawBoost too.
