Framing job

Description

We are currently renovating a 1925 wood frame home we own in the downtown Sarasota area and seek the services of a framer to enclose a porch into a sunroom. The job requires removing and replacing the damaged floor joists, framing new walls, and installing exterior sheeting. The sunroom is approximately 9'x7'. We need to start and complete the sunroom by 8/23, starting on 8/21. The renovation project is permitted and requires framing in compliance with local building codes. We will provide materials (e.g. lumber, screws and hurricane straps). We need an experienced framing familiar with local building codes and who can complete the job in this timeframe.
