Press release from the Wright County Government: August 4, 2021 A Message from the Wright County Highway Department The Wright County Highway Department would like to inform the public that CSAH 5 in the area near 70th Street on the border of Victor and Stockholm Townships will be closed beginning Monday, Aug. 16 and ending Wednesday, Aug. 18. The closure will begin at 7 a.m. Monday, Aug. 16 and will end about 5 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 18 (weather permitting). The work will be done by the Highway Department Maintenance Division and purpose of the closure is to do soil corrections to take out the winter/spring thaw bumps that were created earlier this year. A detour route will not be posted and those in the area are asked to use alternate routes.
