Looking for an experienced wood worker to help with some wood and trim work in renovation project near ASU in Tempe. There is a good space you can set up a canopy in a brick paver area to work/make cuts. 1. We are building 4 closets (we have basic designs drawn up) 2. About 250 ln ft of base (5.5”) that needs cut, installed, and caulked, we expect smooth transitions. 3. About 150 ln ft of window and door trim (2.25”), we will also use this for a couple spots that need crown/top trim. 4. 9 interior doors installed - 1 prehung 28” door going into a rough opening, 6 slabs being installed into existing casing (notches and hardware holes cut, hinges/handles installed & doors hung), 2(28”)barndoors w/hardware installed We will buy and have materials on site. We would like to pay.90/ln ft. $40/door install/$80 for the prehung. $350 for the closets. Total cost around $1000 - we have some flexibility after you see the job but if you dont think your price is near $1000 is no need to message me.
