ASW’s Client is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Smyrna, Delaware. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail oriented, organized, and able to oversee all aspects of the warehouse operation. This is a first shift position, Monday through Friday. Pay: 50-55k annually + Bonus structure Objectives: • Will oversee, train, evaluate, and reward a staff of at least 80 employees • Will ensure the maintenance of company assets • Will be in charge of staffing levels (recruiting) • Ensure the warehouse is operating at peak efficiency • Will oversee daily operations • Review and prepare workflow and handle all paperwork • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment Requirements: • Must have previous warehouse experience • Must have previous manager experience • Truck unloading experience is a plus! • Must be flexible and willing to be hands on • Must be organized CONTACT KELLY AT 215-900-1805 If you're in the Bucks County area, walk ins are welcome (Monday through Friday)!
