PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING MUNICIPAL PLANNING COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that the Mentor Municipal Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on August 19 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Mentor Municipal Center, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, to consider the issuing of a Conditional Use Permit in accordance with Section 1135.03 of Mentor's Code of Ordinances to allow:
A Vehicle Charging Station as a Similar Use at 7800 Reynolds Road, PP16-B-029-E-00-001-0 in the MIP, Industrial Park and M-1, Light Manufacturing Districts by Dynalectric Ohio & Huntington National Bank.
A Temporary Event at 7850 Mentor Avenue, PP16-A-003-0-00-033-0 in the B-2, General Business District by Great Lakes Mall and Mall Ground Portfolio LLC.
A Drive-Thru Facility (Starbucks) at 8323 Tyler Boulevard, PP16-B-039-G-00-004-0 in the B-2, General Business District by WXZ Development Inc. & VOH-Mentor LLC.
Outside Dining and/or Drinking (Starbucks) at 8323 Tyler Boulevard, PP16-B-039-G-00-004-0 in the B-2, General Business District by WXZ Development Inc. & VOH-Mentor LLC.
