Lead Carpenter Location: All over Northern Virginia Desired workday: Start at 7am The Lead Carpenter will be responsible for: Directing carpenters, laborers, and subcontractors on site. Performing and modeling high-level craftsmanship, professionalism, while upholding industry standards. Possessing an above average aptitude for trades associated with General Contracting, especially carpentry. Driving projects to completion according to schedules and deadlines. Communicating, tracking and reporting the statuses of all projects on a daily basis. Working independently, with little need for oversight. Having your own tools is a plus. Compensation is based off experience and skillset. Having your own transportation is a must.
