New Student-Run Ice Cream Shop To Open In Vestavia Hills

VESTAVIA HILLS, AL — An ice cream shop created to provide job training to adults with developmental disabilities will open Saturday in Vestavia Hills. Unless U Scoops will occupy a 553-square-foot shop is located at 737 Chestnut St., according to the Birmingham Business Journal. Unless U, a nonprofit providing a faith-based college experience for students with developmental disabilities is based in Vestavia Hills and serves more than 80 adults and their families.
