We can hire immediately starting this week! If you are free on weekends, we need you! Are you a fried chicken fan? Would you want to be part of an expanding concept in LA? BOLO is actively looking for part-time members who are dedicated and driven to be part of a quickly growing brand in the hip restaurant scene in Los Angeles. We are currently open every Sunday from 10AM-4PM at Smorgasburg Market in Downtown L.A. and also operating other weekly pop-up service hours while we build out our new brick and mortar locations. You will need to show up at 8AM for setup and breakdown at 4PM. We're in search for individuals who have experience in the restaurant scene and/or festival scene and work well in teams! Looking for friendly and high energy front of house team members and/or experienced back of house team members who display a strong willingness to learn! Here are some qualifications to be considered a candidate: *CASHIER* - Have restaurant experience working front of house - Have an outgoing and friendly attitude - Have a high sense of responsibility - Have a passion to provide genuine hospitality - Have reliable transportation - Ability to learn and sell menu items - Ability to provide a great and memorable guest experience - Be able to work weekends and other events throughout the week - Be able to use a POS and operate other cashier tools - Be trustworthy and an excellent communicator - Be able to do some heavy lifting, if needed (Event set ups) *BACK OF HOUSE* - Willingness and ability to follow directions - Have restaurant experience working back of house - Have California Food Handlers certification - Have food preparation experience and/or other kitchen experience - Have availability to train and prep on weekdays and work events on weekends - Have a high sense of responsibility - Maintain professional kitchen etiquette - Must display a strong willingness to learn and adapt - Be able to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining great enthusiasm - Be a team player with a strong work ethic - Be prompt and efficient - Be trustworthy and an excellent communicator - Be able to do some heavy lifting, if needed (Event set ups) -Be able to load and unload vehicle -Be able to drive a cargo van/delivery vehicle if needed BOLO is expanding quickly with our brick and motor locations opening soon!
