Window Installer and/or Carpenter

I have a home repair type business that specializes in window and door replacement. I'm looking for an experienced window installer with some carpentry experience or a carpenter willing to learn our system of installing windows. You will be working on a two or three person crew. For the most part, our work is for homeowners, so good manners and a neat appearance is important. I have several jobs lined up with more coming in. This position is open to male or female, old or young, as long as you can do the work I'm good. You will need basic hand tools and reliable transportation.
