create fake wall

Just got a small commercial space and I am fixing it up to be a photography studio. looking to have someone create a wall like the right side to look clean and cover the pipes. Also will need to cut out to install my french door. if you can install the door too, that would be ideal. we are not moving the other door, that will stay there so its double entrance. looking for drywall installation knowledge and understand how to move these pipes around. to make this work. looking to start asap.
