Hummelstown Housing Associates is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to handle the everyday needs of a 50 unit apartment complex. Including general maintenance in units, turn overs, general building maintenance, landscaping and curb appeal. On call required as well as snow removal. Must be able to climb ladders, work in tight spaces and lift heavy objects. Part time or Full time. Pay rate depended on experience and availability.
