It’s Oktoberfest season! We are excited to be able to go back to work. We are looking for Bartenders to work the Beaver Creek Oktoberfest September 3-5, 2021. We need the type of person that has a high sense of customer service and can provide the quality of services that surpass our guests’ expectations. We want to bring a memorable experience to our guests. We are looking for staff to come from high volume clubs, festivals, catering and concert venues. If this is an attribute you can provide, then we would love to talk! Job summary: Create memorable and positive “entertainment” experiences for our guests. Qualifications - Previous experience with a high-volume restaurant, club or concert venue and/or catering. Minimum one year experience in customer service related position - Knowledge of current Covid-19 sanitation guild-lines and have the ability to manage proper sanitation - Detail oriented and organized, strong ability to multitask - Must have good communication skills - interacting with guests is a must - Ability to work weekends evenings and provide own transportation - Demonstrate a high level of integrity and trust - Strong motivation and eager to learn new skills Essential Functions - Ability to work and communicate one on one with customers - Able to lead by example, promote team work - Consistently maintains high standard of quality and visual appeal - Requires an ability to reason and solve practical problems Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, this employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time. This person must frequently lift/and or move up to 50 pounds. We will be in town August 9 from 2:00pm through the 10th till 2:00pm doing interviews for quality staff.
