Fading West Building Systems will be hiring at various times and capacities from now until the end of 2021 for our modular home manufacturing facility. We are looking for applicants in all areas of our facility! - Entry level positions are available that require no previous experience!! We are willing to provide paid on-the-job training in various skills if needed! - If you have experience in a relevant field, we would love to receive an application from you! - Both those looking to start immediately as well as later in the year are encouraged to submit an application. Looking to start immediately? For an immediate start date, positions will initially work across Fading West’s Construction and Building Systems divisions. Once our facility is completed and operations normalize, roles will focus to a more specific scope of responsibilities and tasks within the manufacturing facility and/or construction sites that fit the skills and abilities of the individual. This is a great way to get a foot in the door for various positions in our manufacturing facility. Initial work may include factory process and systems testing, on-site home finishing, factory construction site labor, and various related tasks needed leading up to factory completion. PAY SCALE $17 - $26/hour Rate will be commensurate with experience. Fading West rigorously adheres to Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-201(1). Employees in this pay range must have high school diploma or equivalent.
