VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! Do you want to help prevent illegal housing practices in Kern County? Are you looking to make a difference in your community? WHY NOT BECOME A FAIR HOUSING TESTER? Be part of our amazing team of trained volunteers and help the GBLA Fair Housing Law Project observe and report on practices of apartment managers, real estate agents, and others involved in housing rentals and home purchasing. Trained testers will receive a $25/$35/$50 stipend each time they complete a Fair Housing test. Mileage expenses are also reimbursed.
