Cyclist and Runners Beware Montano at Rio Grande Bike Path

Description

There is a leak at one of the canal pipes that is spilling sludge onto the bike path at Rio Grande and Montano. I took a fall today and witnessed another person slip at this area. If you have crashed at this site please let me know, as I intend to file a claim against the city.
