Careful Interior Ladder Work Needed

I would like someone to hang two model airplanes (~ 10 lbs. each) and replace four light bulbs in a cathedral ceiling (16 '). Room is on the second/third floor. A difficult and delicate job, working around the contents of the room and not marring the ceiling. Let me know if you can do this. Should be licensed, bonded, and insured with references.
