Fore Points Marina is looking for a Dock & Grounds Attendant to ensure the facility is clean and polished, clear of debris, clutter, and trash as well as assist with catching and dropping boat lines, delivering goods and packages, fueling vessels, answering questions, and providing general marina or area information. This position is responsible for cleaning interiors of marina office, guest restrooms and laundry room. In addition they must monitor marina access points, use various tools, properly operate VHF radio, drive off-road vehicles, dispose of trash, miscellaneous light carpentry, and simple maintenance tasks. They will inspect, clean, and paint (as needed), all exterior surfaces such as entrances, doors, access points, and various outbuildings. This person should consistently be scouring and managing the property for anything unkempt or inconsistent with company standards. While some indoor duties, job primarily takes place outdoors. Full time through October.
