Hi, I am seeking promission from property owners who have property on rivers, streams, and creeks in the berkshires for me to pan for gold. I follow all of Massachusetts mineral recovery laws and leave a minimal trace behind. I will work with land owner on a gold split when I find it. I always do my best to bring any trash I find out with me. Thank you for your time
