Seeking a gardener

I’m seeking a gardener who can keep up the upkeep of my small backyard. Attached are pictures of its current state. I’m not sure the best frequency (if it needs to be maintained every two weeks or once a month) but currently the gardener needs to get rid of weeds, help the plants continue to grow and straighten up the rose bush as it currently is growing all over the place.
