We are seeking a skilled and qualified handyman / residential remodeler to assist our construction team at Fort Hood, TX on a full residential remodel project. Qualifications 5+ years experience as a handyman or interior remodeler Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Consistent availability between the hours of 7:30 am - 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday Practical knowledge of OSHA safety requirements Must provide own tools and required PPE. Clean background, free of any felonies or charges that may prevent access to Fort Hood. Work Period This project is scheduled to last up to 8 week. Projected to complete by Oct. 1. Compensation This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. Independent Contractor will provide handyman services for a set period of time, or a per project basis. Compensation will be commiserate with contractor experience and negotiated to a rate agreeable by both parties, billable by invoice at the negotiated terms. Contractor must provide a current W9.
