Seeking full-time with potential overtime maintenance tech. HVAC preferred but not required. Must have own basic tools and vehicle. Must have knowledge in minor plumbing, electrical, painting, sheet rock repair, make readies and have problem solving skills. Must be able to be on call 24/7.
