Kelly Services is immediately hiring for Forklift Operators for one of our customers in Salinas, CA. Our customer is a leading produce distributor in the area and they are looking to hire immediately. Hours Mon-Sat 6pm-430am ( shifts are 8-10 hours) Pay$19.56/hr The job involves moving pallets of product from warehouse to warehouse. Order Selecting Loading, unloading, shipping and receiving warehouse items. Transporting materials to different locations within the facility. Optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency. Securing loads to machine before transportation. Inspecting for damages to vehicles. Managing inventory by utilizing RF scanning equipment. Picking and wrapping orders for shipment. Identifying workplace safety hazards. Adhering to safety management standards. Adhering to production schedules. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Excellent hand-eye coordination. Proficiency in operating technical machinery and RF scanners. Good physical condition. Mathematical aptitude. Good organizational skills. Attention to detail.
