If you don't think the far left wing of the Democratic Party is in charge think again. The Supreme Court already ruled on the eviction moratorium with a decision it was illegal and out of comparison allowed Biden to come up with a better reason to justify it than presented but his Administration couldn't. The time to provide it was nearly up and Biden was going to end the moratorium when Congresswoman Cori Bush a 3x evictee for not paying rent herself threw a temper tantrum protest on the Capitol steps by camping out and Biden folded like a deck of cards. Now Biden by extending the eviction moratorium has violated the Supreme Court decision and his order is clearly breaking the law. (Don't hear any of you left wingers demanding his impeachment) The landlords don't get a moratorium from paying taxes, insurance and mortgages on their rental property, oh no the banks, insurance companies and IRS still get to collect what's do them so landlords are facing having to sell their income producing properties cheap to big land investment companies who once the moratorium is over will jack up the rents and get compensated. This is our Democrat led government setting up small businesses to fail and be gobbled up by big business plain and simple. The Democratic Party is clearly in bed with them and their donors. A significant amount of landlords are retirees depending on the income from rentals to round out their retirement and its being destroyed by Biden and the Democrats. Marxists are taking control of government and the Democratic Party but the average Democrat doesn't care.
