Our company is Information Providers, Inc and we are a field service company that conducts underwriting surveys of residential and commercial properties for insurance companies throughout 28 states. We are seeking either a Full-Time employee, Part-Time employee OR an Independent Contractor to conduct on-site surveys. This job entails visiting properties and reporting on-site observations by providing measurement dimensions, photographs and a complete condition assessment of properties. Knowledge of construction techniques, materials and roofing is preferred. Professional conduct, clear, written communication, and strong interpersonal skills are required. A reliable vehicle, digital camera, 6-foot monopod or camera pole, measuring device (50 foot tape or measuring wheel), Windows-based computer (Windows 7 or later version), current version of Internet Explorer and high-speed internet connection.
