Looking to hire 1-2 workers for full time year round employment. Any applicant hired will be hired for a 1week trial period at 13/hr. After 5 days an assessment of job performance will be done and pay adjusted accordingly. After 1 month/ 20 working days a 2nd assessment will be done and pay adjusted accordingly. Pay starts from start of first job to the end of last job. Drive time in between paid. Payday is Friday. Pay period is Friday to Thursday. Paid vacation after 1 year of full time employment. Paid major holidays after 90 days of employment. Benefits just listed not eligible if your unreliable and miss and or late to work. Must be able to E-Verify and have transportation to and from work. Also looking to hire an experienced crew leader to start training on a route. Must have some experience with running a route or at the very least 4-5 years of experience in the industry. Primarily residential accounts. Job duties are basic maintenance of properties such as mowing, blowing, edging, trimming, pruning, weed control, picking up debris etc. Not limited to the above duties. Experience preferred but not required. I provide all equipment needed to complete the jobs. Looking to hire someone to start ASAP to continue growing a small business with potential.
