Looking for a bassist. Must be able to play fast with pick or fingers

Established band here looking for a bassist that can play fast. Most of the songs are very fast. 16th or 32nd notes at 168to183 bpm /metal songs. If you can play with fingers that's cool but it takes incredible stamina to do that. Playing with a pick is more ideal and sounds more precise. That's why a pick I think is better. Anyways I won't get much more into that. Here is the music at the link below . I'm interested in playing shows once the material is learned. I have the tabs and about a set and a half for live shows 1 hour to hour and half of original songs. I eventually want to play outta state and possibly even play a short Westcoast tour etc. If your into metal have that drive to learn songs and have some experience.
