Authentic Movement Session - August 13th from 7-9pm It's time to XTEND! Join Simone Janae for an authentic movement session that will allow your body and soul to release, restore, and rejuvenate to the fullest. This non-traditional dance class will include movement that is conversation led and dance choreography that is specifically designed for you to move authentically. The purpose is to unite artists, dancers, and movers to express themselves freely in a comfortable space and environment. The objective is for you to walk away from this session having a greater awareness to your specific creative voice, so that you might be able to XTEND to the next. This experience is hosted at an intermediate level available to beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels and ages to participate in. Temperature checks and mask will be required upon entry, and at all times in the venue. Social distancing will be in full effect. Please arrive on time so that we can begin promptly at 7:00pm.
