CLASS DESCRIPTION Kundalini Yoga is a powerful form of yoga that provides deep healing by releasing stuck energy from the subtle body. You'll be guided through a journey of yoga sets that progressively moves from the base of the spine, the root chakra, to the crown, the 7th chakra. We also work with the 8th chakra to elevate our aura and activate energy centers for optimum emotional and physical well-being. This Kundalini Yoga class is for anyone interested in clearing and activating their chakras and who wants to clear internal, emotional energy blocks and feel more fulfillment and happiness within. Each class includes warm-ups, an exercise set (kriya), deep relaxation and journal writing. Those new to yoga and experienced are welcome. Regardless of your age, body ability or flexibility, this class is for you.You can use a mat or sit in a chair, and listen to your body’s inner wisdom for what feels right. Cyndi uses Kundalini Yoga to keep her body flexible, calm her nervous system, diminish brain fog, improve digestion and liver function, and increase her intuitive connection. Cyndi Stewart, PhD, is an Akashic Records Healer, Practitioner, and Trainer and teaches Nutritional Alchemy & Yoga.
