Join us every Thursday at 8:30am for Mat Pilates for the month of August!
We will be located outside of the studio, lead by one of our most requested instructors, Cheri. We have mat knee pads available, first come first serve. BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat) to this event. There will be music, community, and a good workout to start your Thursday morning. We are a reformer based Pilates studio, however, we love to incorporate Mat Pilates because it is beneficial for improving posture, better coordination and balance, increasing lung capacity, improving concentration and focus, increasing body awareness, stress management, and injury prevention. Practicing Mat Pilates helps build a strong, balanced body and increases flexibility. As you progress in your practice you will notice improvements in breathing, focus, stress management, and body awareness.
This class invites all ages and all body types.
