Experience the five Grand Crus of Bond, complemented by The Little Nell's exquisite cuisine. Join us for an unforgettable evening on Saturday night of the FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen featuring incredible wines from Bond in Napa Valley, complemented by a four-course menu prepared by The Little Nell's culinary team. Bond is a premium producer of some of Napa Valley’s best Cabernet Sauvignon, overseen by the Harlan Family of Harlan Estate and Promontory wineries. Max Kast, Bond's Director of Estate, will be in attendance to guide our guests through the rare opportunity to taste through every cru of Bond next to the same cru with 10 years of age. Over the past quarter-century, the Harlan family has strategically acquired 80 of some of the best vineyard sites in Napa Valley. Of these 80, five were selected to have Grand Cru quality expressions and all five will be featured in the dinner.
