A carry-out cultural event celebrating local businesses, and the immigrants and refugees of WNY! TICKET SALES WILL GO LIVE SEPTEMBER 1ST 2021! Buffalo Without Borders TO GO is a series showcasing refugee and immigrant restaurateurs featuring festive evenings of carry-out cuisine, cultural activities and much more! Buffalo Without Borders TO GO will occur in Fall 2021 as a three night series, 10/18, 10/25, and 11/1. *STAY TUNED for our restaurant line-up! What does my Buffalo Without Borders include? a dinner and dessert for two for each of the three nights from Buffalo’s finest cultural restaurants ( a total of six dinners and desserts!) an interactive culture packet on the country of each night, including a dinner playlist, a staycation travel story experience, and a wealth of cultural content about each culture!an exclusive, traditional recipe and cocktail recipe from the culture for you to try at home!a spice blend prominent in the cuisines from our three featured restaurantsa custom-made Institute kitchen swag item! (only one item will be provided for series ticket holders).What add-ons can I make to my ticket? VIP add on: A VIP add on will be available for each general ticket. Your VIP ticket will include a customized Gourmet Popcorn by local shop, What's Pop-in Popcorn that will complement the flavors of our featured restaurants, and a wine expertly paired by local shop owners for each of the three dinners. All VIP donors will also be thanked on our website after the conclusion of the event. Extra meals add on: For an extra fee, a limited number of "add on" meals will be available for ticket holders, first come, first serve. Please contact [email protected] with inquiries. Donation add on: An optional donation ticket will be available to give any amount to support the refugees and survivors of WNY. Gifts given in ANY amount will go directly to supporting and expanding our services that uplift and empower our clients in their lives. Since 1918… The International Institute of Buffalo has sought to make Buffalo and Western New York a better place for, and because of, refugees and immigrants. Currently, IIB offers refugee resettlement and employment programs, and provides services to survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking, translation and interpretation services, global education programs for students, teachers, service providers & businesses, and two international visitors’ leadership programs.
