You’ll make: Vietnamese Summer Rolls, Chinese Egg Rolls with Dipping Sauce, Mexican Flautas with Guacamole and Italian Cannoli’s. Selected Wine and Beer will be paired with dinner to guests 21 and over. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be provided. This class will be held in Salt Lake City, at our new teaching kitchen located at 1484 South State Street. Included with your class are recipes, ingredients, and all the tools you will need. *Menu items are subject to change. There is no minimum experience necessary. Closed-toe shoes are required. We will not serve anybody visually inebriated. If you have a drink before your event, we may not serve you liquor during the program. In extreme cases, you will be asked to leave and given a credit for a different class. Seats will sell out quickly so book now to reserve your spot. One guest is $85. Two guests are $80 each. Three guests are $75 each. Four or more guests are $70 each. About the LocationThis class will be held at our teaching kitchen located at 1484 South State Street in Salt Lake City. Included with your class are recipes, ingredients, and tools required. Closed toe shoes and appropriate attire is required for the class. There is no minimum experience required. Park City Culinary Institute abides by all local, state, and federal liquor laws and we reserve the right to decline service.
