Sound Bath Meditation Get ready to kick back relax and leave it all on your mat!! When was the last time you calmed your mind and gave yourself the gift of rest? So many of us are constantly doing but what about being? Come enjoy an acoustic sound bath with quartz crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, a planetary tuned gongs, and other meditative instruments. Urban Practitioner’s Sound Bath is designed to give space for relaxation, rest, reset, and allow you to achieve a meditative state with ease. How do I prepare for a sound bath? Step 1: Dress in relaxed clothing
 Step 2: Grab your eye mask and ear phones (if you’re listening virtually) 
Step 3: If you’re attending a live sound bath, bring your yoga mat, a blanket, pillow, and whatever is comforting to you.
 Step 4: It’s time to activate those listening ears and be bathed in sound waves! Just lay back, relax, and just be. What do I bring? Bring your mats and blankets and anything else that will help you feel comfortable. An eye sleep mask (If you forget, I will have some available for $3.) A face mask is required. An open mind and your AUTHENTIC self-- We ain't code switching! Show up as you! Please Note: *** There will be NO entry once the sound bath meditation begins.
