Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes. Simply email the event organizer if you are unable to attend and would like to send someone else.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No. Your smartphone, an ID that matches the name on your registration, or a printed ticket will be sufficient.
What is the refund policy?
Tour fees are refundable up to 24 hours prior to the tour start time. Tour fees will not be refunded if cancelled within this 24 hour window.
What should I bring?
A mind for learning, legs for pedaling, and a form of proof of payment (see above) is all you need!
What does Indianapolis Cultural Trail, Inc. provide?
A helmet, a bicycle, and 2.5 hours of fun and interesting information!
Am I required to sign a waiver?
Yes. It is required that all individuals sign a waiver. If you are under the age of 18, your parent or legal guardian must sign for you. The bikes we use weigh 50 lbs and are not suited for children. A waiver will be provided to each participant to sign before the tour.
