The Urban League of Essex County's Guild & Young Professionals are calling for VOLUNTEERS. Join us Saturday, August 28th! Please use this site to sign up for a volunteer shift. Several flexible shifts are available (7 hour & 4 hour shifts are available). Please share this opportunity to volunteer with your friends, family and colleagues. Safety protocols will be in place to maintain social distancing and hygiene. We need your help to distribute school supplies and book bags to kids from the community in need. The Urban League of Essex County Young Professionals (ULECYP) is a unique membership arm of the Urban League of Essex County (ULEC) designed to serve as an empowerment forum for individuals ages 21 to 40. ULECYP’s purpose is to actively support ULEC’s mission and goals to ensure economic self-reliance, and civil rights parity and power of the disadvantaged. ULECYP aims to offer Essex County’s socially conscious and civically engaged emerging professionals of tomorrow as well as established leaders of today in-valuable opportunities to serve our local communities and changing lives through volunteerism, civic activism and leadership empowerment.
