Come play Dungeons and Dragons at Le Chéile on 181st! We welcome beginners, experienced players and are looking for folks to DM. Come play Dungeons and Dragons (5e) at Le Chéile with Uptown D&D! Both beginners and experienced players are welcome, and we're also looking for people to DM games. We'll be playing one shots (single session adventures) to start with, but these can lead into longer campaigns if DM's and players would like. This event is free– we're just a couple people who love D&D and want to help create a community and space for it uptown. We're hoping this becomes a regular event with both new games and ongoing campaigns. While it is free, we ask that you tip your DM (because they work hard and are awesome). FAQs How do I get placed at a table? To get placed at the right table for you, we'll e-mail you after you reserve your ticket. Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? Yes, because this is a bar, you have to have a valid ID and be at least 21 years old (because again... bar).   What kinds of Covid precautions are in place? All NYC bars and restaurants are requiring proof of vaccination as of 8/16 for indoor dining. Since this is taking place indoors and upstairs, all players will need to have this to participate. Additionally, NYC policy will be to wear a mask when not seated at the time of this event. What should I bring into the event? D&D dice, proof of vaccine status, a mask, a pencil and a pre-made character depending on your DM and table assignment.  A bar-based D&D organization in Brooklyn on a mission to bring the joy of RPG's to the masses.
