Hike the lake to bring clean water to those living without! Join the fun by hiking 6km to 34km to sponsor a kiddo or contribute to them! Lake Geneva is a bucket list hike! This diverse 21 mile path will excite and challenge you! WE will all meet at Wesley Woods in Williams Bay WI. There will be a hike kick off from 6:50-7am. At the kick off you can choose a kid living without access to clean water to "join you" on your hike. You then can take off for a variety of distances. (SAG - Safety and Gear- vehicle and support available at key points around the lake.) Multiple ways to participate! "All inclusive weekend" This option includes lodging, meals, the hike and a shirt! Snag this option by committing to sponsor a child thru World Vision before or after the hike. (Sponsorship is done directly with World Vision and will support Jil's MOAB Half Marathon participation. It is a monthly cost of $39 a month and directly supports 1 child plus 3 more in the community!) "Al La Carte" Options. You pick your play. We know that not everyone is able to commit to sponsorship at this time but will want to participate. Here are some options for YOU! - The Hike (up to 21 miles) with basic support and SAG support along the way, Commemorative T-shirt: $50 (the cost to bring water to ONE human living without!) - The Hike, T-shirt, PLUS a Meal/celebration after the hike: $75 - The Hike, T-shirt Meal, PLUS overnight accommodations before the Hike: $100 Al La Carte donations will be used to 1- off set the cost of the event. 2- all extra will be combined in efforts to sponsor a kid as a collective community! (Need $1,000 base for that commitment to cover the first 2 years of sponsorship. Jil will commit to financial means needed after that) Commitment and/or payment needed Prior to Sept 1. Late Registration MAY be accepted but will add an additional $25 fee to cover costs for the event.
